ALS Ice Bucket Challenge
On Friday, September 12th staff participated in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge with the help of our students.
Students donated $2 in exchange to dump a cup of ice water on a teacher of their choice. As a school we raised over $1,100!

Peace Day Celebration
The elementary clusters celebrated International Peace Day with on Friday, September 19th. During this ceremony we learned about our Peace Pole and Labyrinth in the courtyard. We also listend to 7 wonderful student speakers. At the end of the ceremony we all sung, "Peace Like a River".

Grandparent's Day
The 6-9 cluster students and their grandparents had fun doing different activites with the related arts team. They made Dot Dot Monsters with Mrs. Toy, sang songs in Spanish with Senor Hefer, read "How to Babysit a Grandma" with Mr. Diederich and played music with Mrs. Thorson.
